We want to add a new document with information about the changes to the contractor as a reference document. This will be done for each document that needs change, thus multiple times a day. This document is created based on a template.
Now the document controller has to create a new document and afterwards create a reference (find and create link).
The new functionality would create the document and reference link in one go, which is much more efficient.
We will evaluate this use case for Meridian Portal to see if this can be taken into account for the New Document Creation epic in MPS-52737
