As a Power User I want to create Project Document and Generic Document types with automatic naming and numbering conventions. Currently automatic naming and numbering is only available for Facility Document types in Meridian Power.

A button should be added for Projects, because nobody know that we need to click on "view all" to see the projects. Contractors who access the Portal are struggling with that.
