Make documents available for contractor

It would be usefull to be able to share documents for information only even if they are not link with the power web. The only way I found is to assign the documents to the clipboard and send a package, but this is not convenient because everytime we update a document, we need to send a new package.

    Setting groups as Contributor works just fine. I tested it and confirm that it works.

    if standard release documents need to be shared with contractors, there is a possibility to have them notified automatically. This can be a separate project type in the Portal.

    Hi Valerie,

    Did you have a look at the new role for Trusted Contractors? A Trusted Contractor has the ability to view and edit data inside assigned projects. See Project-Scope-Roles.
