Additional solution discussed: When a package has been sent for information to a contractor, its contents can be copied to the clipboard on the packages page, and send to another contractor.

Hi Valerie,

if standard release documents need to be shared with contractors, there is a possibility to have them notified automatically. This can be a separate project type in the Portal.
