As a projectowner I want to be able to withdraw a send document/package in any state
When wrong/not actual/superseded documents are being send to a contractor it should be able to withdraw them at any time and in any state. So even when the packages is already accepted by the contractor.

As discussed, the Tenant Administrator is able to retract packages, even when these are acknowledged by the contractor. As this means impacting the contractor process, this privilege is not set to document Controller level. A document Controller can retract packages that not yet have been acknowledged.
