Portal - Reassign recipient (group or individual)
When we send a package, we would like the availability to be able to reassign the individual or the group that the package has been sent to.

As discussed this use case relates to handing over documents to another project member. Besides retracting and resending documents, an easier way could be to merge the user's documents to a group.
