Lock property to not be edited

A feature to block the property to not be edited, like what currently happens with the "Master Document Number". The idea is to have this feature available for any property.

    The idea is to have an option to turn on or off any property to be ready only. Currently, the system doesn't give the option to configure a property as ready only.

    Edit rights for properties are currently linked to the status of a document. I.e. when document is under change the properties can be edited.
