Auto Email Notifications

Send email notifications when a document is ready for review/approval. Currently it doesn't seem like that is in place because I have to go review my TO-DO LIST and/or any reviews from my co-workers.

    to expand on this; there needs to be an option for the lead reviewer to get notifications when the other reviewers arhave made their reviews. Currently the lead reviewer needs to keep checking in to see if anything has been done.
