Add option for Doc Controller to be able to take back a document.

We need our document controller to be able to take back documents even if they are in Status For revision to our contractor. It is not convenient to have to retract the whole package for just one document.

    Hi Valerie,

    As discussed today with Steve Morin, the document exchange happens in packages. This is not something that can be changed without a rebuild of the system. Hence I cannot accommodate for this feature request, my apologies.
