Description:
Currently, the Portal reporting functionality does not provide a complete view of supplier performance. While it can show package statuses such as Sent and Imported, it does not include the full audit trail of each package’s lifecycle — for example, whether a package was initially Rejected and later resubmitted or Accepted.

This limitation makes it difficult to accurately assess supplier performance and track resubmission patterns. For reporting and accountability purposes, we require the ability to:

• Generate reports filtered by supplier.

• Show the total number of packages submitted by a supplier.

• Show how many were Accepted, Rejected, and Resubmitted.

• Display historical status changes per package (full audit trail).

Business Impact:
Without this functionality, it is not possible to produce a full, accurate picture of supplier performance. This impacts project oversight, delays issue resolution, and makes supplier accountability harder to enforce.

Proposed Solution:
Add a reporting feature or enhance the existing Package Details / Package Transfer Details reports to include:

• Complete package status history.

• The ability to group/filter by supplier.

• Counts of Accepted, Rejected, and Resubmitted packages over a selected date range.
