Portal is used as a formal exchange mechanism for our External Supply Chain. It is part of my role as DCM for Gatwick to provide performance related metrics on our Supply Chain. This includes the rejection and acceptance rates of their submitted packages with Portal. I need a way to be able to export how many packages a Supplier has issued during a certain time period and how many have been accepted and rejected. Even if a package was rejected upon first submission, then accepted upon resubmission. I need visibility of how many times a package has been rejected.
