Contractors must know exactly what they can fill in and what not as metadata when uploading a document. This could be controlled by providing contractors with a pre-configured XLSX. And then it would be easy if that XLSX can simply be filled out, saved and imported. Converting to another format is an extra step that could be overlooked.
