The Project Dashboard currently is a one dimensional table. Why don't we move the Documents and Packages section to the horizontal axes, and replace the Status blocks with a Pie-chart containing the Status and Quantity of the documents/transmittals. 

In addition I would like to see the Review Packages on the horizontal ax
