As a Meridian user, I would like to have the ability to add/delete comments on Explorer External page

Even if I have an external page on my vault, pointing to the Explorer comments page, I'm not able to edit those redlines / comments. Explorer external pages are read only on PWC and PUC.
Expected Results:
It should be possible to add / delete comments from Explorer via PUC and PWC
Actual Result:
These comments are read only at the moment
