Improve Installation process

Meridian is more and more difficult to install and set-up, in particular when multiple servers are involved.

Sometimes, it is because of customer's security restrictions. At other moments, it is because of mysterious BlueCielo Registry Key or hidden parameter file or the need of a given Patch.

I think that the installation program should check the configuration before installing. Examples:

- Check that all the needed TCP Port are opened

- Check that the service account has all the necessary rights

- Check the rights on the folders

- Check Internet Explorer configuration (for Intranet sites list)

- Check if services are started

- Check Windows and IIS requirements

- etc.

We can also imagine an external utility program we could launch before installing Meridian. This utility could check the configuration and display a report.
