Tracking Meridian vault access by Web Client users
Customer has multiple vaults used by different external user groups using Meridian Web Client, and wants to track vault access by Web Client users. PowerUser users can be tracked using the Vault Open and Vault Close events but these events are not available in the Meridian Web Client.
Would make an enhancement request for a way to track vault access by the Meridian Web Client users.

Is this Analytics module available in Meridian 2024? It seems that I must have blinked, and missed it. If it's not available, is there a way to track user accesses in Meridian vault when they are accessed via PowerWeb? It seems that Vault Events are still not triggered and the Audit Log capability is overkill, and requires an FDA server license.
Perhaps in the interim the Audit Log could be used, but restricted to just allow the tracking of logons in particular vaults, without the requirement to own an FDA Server license? This is pretty fundamental information that customers need to be provided with.

IIS logs should help y here as well..
Microsoft has a good set of tools to get nice reports/ graphs etc.

Rudi Pieters Mar 12, 2018 In April we will be launching a new Meridian Analytics module, Vault Usage. This will track all Meridian clients.
