A user with a role with no access to a folder in a Meridian vault will see that folder together with a lock icon. To improve data security, a suggestion would be to hide that folder so the folder is hidden from the user.

This will mean the user is not aware the folder exists and not be able to obtain any information from the folder name such as a Project names, Customer names or Contractor names.
