    Root cause appears to be corruption of a configuration file. This is fixed in Meridian 20120R2, patch for 2019 R2 available.

    Yes, we've been through support, the issue is known that in remote mode the warning messages do not work

    Sorry to hear that you are experiencing the issue with the license dialog showing no description.

    This seems like an issue that the software is not behaving as intended.  If I understand correctly, the expected result is that it would show a clear description of the license availability, but the actual result is that it shows an empty dialog box.

    To determine the root cause, perhaps Support could be of assistance.
