Fire AIMS_* events from Mobile client

When you add a comment/redline via the Explorer Client the AIMS_AddComment event is fired in the Meridian vault. However, adding a comment/redline via the Meridian mobile app the event is not called.

It would be very helpful to have these events also raised when the comment actions are taken in the Meridian Mobile client. Currently, we use this functionality to alert the document owner that comments have been raised, when a mobile user creates a comment there is no method of knowing of this event. You would need to rely on the user entering the comment to notify someone that a comment has been added.
