Having an icon next to the document name would provide a quick visual representation that a master revision has a project copy out for review. Note this is something that is already available in the explorer client so it would be a good opportunity to make consistent with powerweb.

This would allow for document controllers to know existing changes are underway and further follow-up could occur to see if there is a need to an additional change.
