There are several options for downloading documents and renditions in the Edit menu in PowerWeb, as follows....

• Download Document

  • Download Document

  • Open

• Download Rendition

  • Download Rendition

  • Open Rendition

  • Download Rendition with Redlines

• Download to Folder

  • Download to Folder

  • Download Rendition to Folder

Please consider renaming and sorting these so the user understands exactly what they're doing. Something similar to the following would be less confusing.

• Download Document

  • Download to Local Workspace

  • Download to Folder

  • Open Document

• Download Rendition

  • Download to Local Workspace

  • Download to Local Workspace with Redlines

  • Download to Folder

  • Open Rendition
