Stop using browser cookies to affect property display in Explorer
Timestamps in properties are currently altered by a browser cookie when displayed in the Explorer client. Please change this to use the same technology as PowerWeb so user settings are used instead.
Cookies shouldn't be used to change the value of a Date/Time property at all. A date is entered into a property for a reason and the user should be seeing the contents of the property as it is entered, not as compared to UTC or any other timezone.
It's strange that PowerWeb and Explorer Client are developed differently. Date stamp format and timezone should be based on either a user preferences setting (similar to PowerWeb) or detected within the browser.
