Disable the command to download renditions with redlines when multiple documents are selected.

The design is made that the user can only download one document rendition with redlines at the time. However there is the possiblity to select multiple documents and the command is still enabled. Therefore to avoid confusions the command suppose to be disabled when multiple documents have been selected.

    We will be adding batch download with redlines in Meridian 2021 or 2021 R2
