Workflow --> Revoke document; Message what the user will do can be more clear?

In the context menu in PowerWeb the "Revoke Document" command is right above the "Release" document workflow step. Sometimes users , by accident, select the wrong workflow step, because they are too close to each other.

Instead of "Release" the user clicks "Revoke document" and does not read the entire message Meridian shows. I agree the users should know what they are doing and also agree you should always read the message. However it would help if:

  1. The message a revoke is done and information is lost is in bold and the first thing you read.

  2. Do not put "Revoke document" right where the workflow steps are shown aswell. Atleast a separator line should be used.

In this image you see Revoke is right above Release

    Hi Rudi,

That is indeed a correct location, but what about the Context Menu?

In 2021 its right above the workflow step, which is the most confusing one.

Hi Ronald, this is how it looks in Meridian 2021 R2, would that address the issue?
