In the context menu in PowerWeb the "Revoke Document" command is right above the "Release" document workflow step. Sometimes users , by accident, select the wrong workflow step, because they are too close to each other.
Instead of "Release" the user clicks "Revoke document" and does not read the entire message Meridian shows. I agree the users should know what they are doing and also agree you should always read the message. However it would help if:
The message a revoke is done and information is lost is in bold and the first thing you read.
Do not put "Revoke document" right where the workflow steps are shown aswell. Atleast a separator line should be used.

In 2021 its right above the workflow step, which is the most confusing one.
