Remove "Download from Sitecache" and "Print" buttons in Explorer when no sitecache connection is available

Please remove the "Download from sitecache" and "Print" buttons when the user has no sitecache connection (no local software installed).
We don't want to install the Meridian cloudconnector for explorer-only users.
Those functions will not work and are confusing for the user.

    Sorry, we did some tests, with no cloudconnector installed the sitecache options are not available, this is correct. The problem occurs when users have the cloudconnector installed.
    We don't want to see the download from sitecache option because a download to the download folder is far more convenient
