The new user select used in the PWC should be customisable:

1. Possibility to filter the list via a script event that is run when opening a vault, for example.

- User wants to see only the persons of his department/branch etc.

2. The dialogue should have a history/favourites
- the user then only sees the users he has used before (switchable).
