Give in the administration of views to create/delete or add filters

Give the possibility when you are the administrator of the views (not the repository)ator to manage the filters. When you are only an administr of the views (see screen shot permissions), there is no access to manage the filters (you can only apply them) see the screen shot permissions. When you are only an administrator of the views see screen shot "permissions", there is no access to manage the filters (you can only apply them) see screen shot "filters".

We need the Explorer Administrors group (User who may manages Explorer views ) to be able to manage filters.

We have several repositories on the same server and we can't give access to users Explorer Administrors group .
