add "Release from folder" option in ribbon commands (issued DSR)
Im getting used to the ribbon more but this command is not an option for releasing issued DSRs in the ribbon

In 2021 R3 the ribbon and context menu are always in sync and the Project ribbon contains the 'Release as Master Revision'/'Release from Folder' command.
