Add a capability to export audit logs in a not

Add a capability to export audit logs in a not editable format (such as PDF)

Audit trail data export is currently possible only through Excel format that is modifiable. This is deemed acceptable only for internal investigation. This format is not acceptable for external review to share with auditors and inspectors when requested.
