It is possible to manually update a rendition of a document. This is possible independent of the workflow status of the document. We need to control access to this feature with more precision than just a group of users. Ideally, we would catch the operation in script and then apply required business logic to either allow or deny the operation.

This requires an event to fire at the time of a user starting to update a rendition stream.
