[#13971] Dynamic scopes | Extension of the scopes for more effective usage!

Enhancement Request: 01698667

I created an idea at the request of Accruent Support.

Description: The goal is to enable a targeted focussing of users for a large number of projects Example: Scope: Spanish projects in Andalusia Scope: Projects for which <
> am responsible Scope: Large amounts of data require appropriate filters / search options to enable the user to make an effective and targeted selection Idea: Static scopes -> current implementation of the scopes, implementation remains ignored dynamic scopes → an innovation in Meridian Dynamic scopes, what is the idea? In addition to a scope, there is a (dynamic) collection and optionally a page. This scope + collection has the task of narrowing down the contents of the scope on the basis of the collection! The user always plays a decisive role in this context. Dynamic means that the identical scope can show different content on one user client than on another user client. The dynamic scopes are defined in the Configurator. The collections are defined by the admin, but can also be defined by each user. The dynamic scope is extended by a customisable view (columns) Variant A: When the scope is selected, the collection defined by the user for the scope is applied. Dynamic scopes (scope + collection) are defined in the user profile. Variant B: When the dynamic scope is selected, an administered scope is applied. This would require a defined scope in combination with a dynamic collection. This scope is defined fully in the Configurator. The scope is completed by a custom page, which completes the variable values of the scope. Dynamic scopes (scope + collection) are saved in the user profile. Variant B is preferred!
