upgrade PDFtron

the PDFtron website seems to have some more up to date annotation tools and a measurement toolkit (based on printed PDF scale).  It would be very useful to have this included with Meridian explorer, power web and mobile.

    Can we please have an update about this? 2021 R3 is now out but there is no sign of measurements capability in the PDFTron viewer, either in Meridian PowerWeb or in the Explorer Client.

    Please also note... Xodo app is based upon the pdftron engine and seems to have much better capabilities.    We are trialing  iPads and it seems that there is some Apple Pencil integrations with native iPad features or probably android or windows app too.  Having a more “paper like” experience will increase user adoption

    Great idea, I can also envision the identification of tag objects in PDFtron and create a link to the tag object library
