App to App integration with other Asset Management Software Apps such as Ultimo

Currently we have a customer using Ultimo software, they will be using the Ultimo Mobile app, along with the Meridian Mobile app, so will it be possible to search for an asset in the Ultimo App and click on a link to the associated/linked documents, which will open the Meridian App?
