Thank you for your suggestion, however, our use case is built around the premise that the package only contains documents relevant to the reviewers involved, and there is no need to extract one document. If a review package is not in order, it can be canceled and new packages can be created.

Please note that Meridian Portal has the capability to create automatically review packages specific to document type, discipline and classification as described here: Manage the distribution Matrix

With the right configuration of distribution rules, and project members assigned to the respective expertise, the review package will contain only the relevant documents for the assigned experts.
