Previous revisions of a document in Import Packages.

Case: 01316786. It's necessary to allow load previous revisions of a document in Import Packages.

    It's already possible to load previous revisions with an Import Package. To make sure that prior revision are sorted descending in the import package template, and that prior revision have a reference to the correct file or a dummy file
