Automated periodic review

Set periodic review requirement in number of months from release date. Number of months configurable by admininstrator based on type of document. The last document manager is automatically set as the new periodic reviewer.

    It is already possible to set a period review date on documents.

    It is not possible yet to set a default values for period review date for document types. This request is referenced in Jira ticket MPS-53295. The ticket is not planned
