MRS has the business need to allow Reviewer and Aprover roles to see all the documents from a project repository in meridian Portal.
Today, they work-around it by using the Contributor role instead. The problem is that the contributor privileges have too many permissions that they don't want to allow for approvers and reviewers.
So currently, Approver and Reviewer roles are limited to see documents sent to them through packages only and the released docs in projects. But they need to see all docs from a project as the contributor role is able to do.
That's the only need MRN have for such use case, according to the DC Wesley Aguiar (not at MRN anymore) and the end user (approver / Reviewer) Lucas Coelho. Jozielma Santos is the Document Controller, who replaces Wesley Aguiar.
