When a new document is created the field "Organization Description" (and the abbreviation) is prefilled with the first value in the list (in alphabetic order). This is per definition the wrong value. It's is filled in so the setting to require input does not matter. Please leave these field empty (or when not possible use the first item on a not sorted list so we can set a good default by setting the first item on the list to the desired value).
