Document Type List in the import dialog

In the import dialog, the document type list should display only those relevant to the project types accessible to the user, rather than presenting all document types available in the system.

    The document file extension is not meaningful; for instance, an Excel file can belong to any document type.

    Document types in Meridian PowerWeb are associated with Document file extensions in the Configuration -> Power Settings and enabled per Project type
