"Submit for approval" makes no sense for our reviewers. They have no idea what that means. We are constantly asked which button they should select under workflow to complete their review.

I would even be OK with "Complete Review & Submit for Approval"

We tried asking Accruent to change this years ago but they would have to change for all sites.
