When using the command "Build Report" and selecting the CSV format, Meridian Cloud is not respecting the user locale (set in Meridian). For instance, my locale is set as "Portuguese - Brasil" and our CSV separator is ";" but the report is built using "," as the separator.

Note: This works fine in Meridian Server.
