Ability to include Rejection process in the formal approval sign-off

Currently the rejection step is not included in the e-signature process meaning that:

  • No rejection reason is asked from a drop-down list

  • The rejection reason action is not placed as a watermark on the PDF

  • The user is not asked to re-authenticate as part of the rejection state

    Comments can be added to the comment log upon reject

    Watermarks are placed on released documents only

    Re-authentication takes place on review and approval
