Allow client read-only connection to all data tables in cloud

Will be beneficial for client to have read-only access to all data tables in their own tenancy to generate inhouse reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.

      We have this feature in Meridian Enterprise and now are losing as we are migrating to Cloud. We will probably lose all your Tableau reports.
