All project types should be synced to PowerWeb

Unable to synchronize all project types to PowerWeb prevents the setup of default values for document types other than "Standard Project." This significantly diminishes the user experience.

    Default values are only available in Portal at the moment and not yet available for PowerWeb. We will take this idea in consideration.
