As a Meridian administrator, I would like to create a permission matrix where a role is able to download the rendition, but not the source document.

From partner ticket:

"This customer use the "Roles & Privileges" item "Copy Outside vault" to avoid most of the users to download a Document but it should be possible to download the rendition. This was possible in Meridian 2016, but it seems to be changed in Meridian 2018."

So, could you please evaluate if it's possible to implement this logic in a future release?
