Drag and drop from vault to Outlook.
Expected result / Actual Result:
Customer is trying to drag a file from the PowerUser 2018R2 client to Outlook 2016. When they drag the file, it gives the impression that it's going to drop the file into their email but nothing ends up happening. I was able to reproduce on a vault here as well.
Is there a way to fix this so a user can drag files from the vault to an email message?
The user can drag the file to the desktop and then to the message. She can also copy the file and paste it to the email. They would like to know why drag and drop does not work.

j.poon@griffith.edu.au Mar 3, 2019 News has that PowerUser client will be made obsolete in the near future. It is essential that this 'drag & drop' into email feature be implemented in the Meridian WebClient before PowerUser becomes unavailalble.
