Make sure that the applications open in front of the browser

when launched from powerweb very often the application (AutoCAD) starts, but is hidden by the webbrowser/Powerweb. Please make sure that it is opened in front of all windows.
The application icon within the taskbar is overlooked. The user does not see the application and tries again.
