Can we implement different language files for en-US and en-UK in Enterprise Admin and Explorer?

Currently both use the same English.xlsx file which shows date in the US format of mm/dd/yyyy. Most other English speaking countries use dd/mm/yyyy and we are now editing this file for every install.
