Show a message to the user when the file size exceeds the upload limit of iis

Show a message to the user in the PWC when the file size exceeds the upload limit of iis instead of creating an empty file in meridian, without any warning.

    Rudi Pieters Jul 30, 2018 Hi Frank, totally agree this should be handled well. 2 questions: 1. On what way(s) of uploading a file do you see this? 2. The upload limit is controlled by IIS, and it may be challenging to query that. Would it be acceptable to configure the limit for the warning separately in Meridian?
