uploading new files via sitecache should happen asynchronously.

- Drag&Drop new file

- Metadata record is created

- new Meridian document is marked as not yet uploaded

- file is added to upload queue

- user can continue working immediately

- asynch upload is done and meridian document is marked as processed (can now be downloaded again)
